As the Operations and Business Manager of Brevard Endodontics, Phil Graves leads the day-to-day management of Brevard County’s largest privately-owned specialty dental practice. With a background in healthcare management and over a decade of experience managing dental offices across multiple states, Phil is dedicated to ensuring operational excellence, patient satisfaction, and the well-being of the team.

Holding an MBA in Healthcare Management, Phil combines business acumen with a passion for patient care. He is committed to leveraging the latest technology and practices to improve patient outcomes, particularly in urgent care situations involving pain or trauma. Under Phil’s leadership, Brevard Endodontics has fostered a reputation for delivering high-quality endodontic care while maintaining a compassionate and patient-centered approach.

Phil is also heavily involved in community initiatives, from coordinating student internships to serving in leadership roles within the local church. Beyond work, he is passionate about making a difference in the community, having participated in humanitarian projects both locally and abroad. In 2024 he also helped found Dental Assisting School of Excellence to enhance the quality of care given to patients by a focus on high value training and striving to help dentists perform at their best.
